Eligibility Criteria RRB Group D Recruitment 2026
Education:
10th pass OR, ITI certificate from a recognized institution.
Age limit :
The age limit for RRB Group D 2025 is 18 to 36 years as of January 1, 2026. However, there’s a relaxation in the upper age limit for reserved categories: OBC (3 years), SC/ST (5 years), Ex-servicemen (3-8 years), and Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (10-15 years).
Nationality: Indian citizens.
Selection Process & exam details RRB Group D Recruitment 2026
A. Computer-Based Test (CBT): This is the first stage, which assesses your knowledge in subjects like Mathematics, General Science, Reasoning, and General Awareness.
B. Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Candidates who qualify the CBT will undergo a Physical Efficiency Test, which is mandatory for all except PwBD candidates.
C. Document Verification (DV): After PET, candidates will undergo Document Verification to check their eligibility. D. Medical Examination (ME): The final stage involves a medical fitness test.
The exam pattern for RRB Group D 2025 is as follows:

Duration: 90 minutes (120 minutes for PwD candidates) Sections:
General Science: 25 questions Mathematics: 25 questions
General Intelligence and Reasoning: 30 questions General Awareness and Current Affairs: 20 questions
There will be a negative marking of 1/3rd marks for each incorrect answer.

- Login: Log in with your registration number and password.
- Fill Application Form: Fill in the application form with your educational qualifications, community, gender, religion, and other necessary details.
- Select Post and Exam Language: Select your preferred post and exam language.
- Pay Application Fee: Pay the application fee (₹500 for unreserved categories and ₹250 for PwBD/Female/Transgender/Ex-Servicemen/SC/ST/Minority Communities/Economically Backward Class).
- Upload Documents: Upload scanned images of your photo and signature.
