A. Education – Candidates must have passed the 10th standard from a recognized board.
B. Age limit – The age limit is 18-23 years as of January 1, 2026. Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved categories.

Application Processing fee SSC Constable Recruitment 2026.
A. Application Fee: The application fee is ₹100. Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Ex-Servicemen (ESM) are exempted from payment of the fee.
B. Application Form Correction Charges: Candidates can correct their application form from 8 January 2026 to 10 January 2026. The correction charges are ₹200 for the first time and ₹500 for the second time.
